Refund & return policy
30-day window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in original packaging.
How to start a return
- Go to Account → Orders
- Open the order, click "Request refund"
- Choose your reason and follow the prompts
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, intimate, perishable or personalized items, returns may be limited unless faulty.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
